Project Description

The construction of Aabey Public School, located on Lot No. 745 in Aabey–Ain Drafil, was commissioned and financed by the Municipality of Aabey–Ain Drafil.

The project occupies a site extending over approximately 10,625 m², with a total construction surface area of approximately 3,611 m². The development is organized into two main blocks, Blocks A and B. The total project cost amounted to approximately USD 1,590,000. Construction commenced in 2017 and was completed in 2018.

The project is organized as follows:

Block A: Comprises two floors, consisting of the Ground Floor and First Floor, with a total surface area of approximately 1,640 m².

Block B: Comprises four floors, consisting of the Second Basement, First Basement, Ground Floor, and First Floor, with a total surface area of approximately 1,971 m².

The two-block organization provides a clear and efficient distribution of the school's facilities across the available site, while accommodating the required educational functions within a total construction area of approximately 3,611 m².
