Project Description

The Civic Center was commissioned at the recommendation of the Beit Mery–Ain Saade Municipality. The project occupies a total surface area of approximately 4,200 m², with a total construction cost of USD 1,252,789.

The building is organized across four levels, with its various civic, administrative, cultural, and service functions distributed as follows:

• Entrance Level: The main entrance level accommodates a reception hall, waiting room, and administrative offices.

• Upper Floor: This level houses the offices of the President and the Boards, in addition to a conference room.

• First Basement: The first basement accommodates a Civil Defense room, Red Cross room, library, lecture room, and club.

• Second Basement: The underground level is dedicated to parking facilities and technical rooms.

The execution of the Beit Mery–Ain Saade Civic Center commenced on July 23, 2002, and the project was completed and delivered on December 19, 2003.
