Project Description

The Construction of Beirut School No. 07, Lot 287 - Ras Beirut , Pre-Elementary, Elementary, Intermediate School, the Project was requested by the Council for development and reconstruction (CDR), Represented by the Lebanese Government and Ministry of Education & higher education, and financed by Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.

The Land extends over 1955 m2, with a total surface construction area 10845 m2, Value of works project’s cost 4,594,230.74 U.S.$, starting work 2012 ending work 2014.

The Project is a multistory building, including four underground floors covering the whole area of the lot , and four floors having an area of around 3999 m2 each comprising : offices and facilities for the administration, classrooms, laboratories , workshops, computer and Music rooms, library, teachers and supervisors rooms, covered playground , technical rooms and storage, canteen, alumni, archive,transformer, generator and boiler.

In addition to playgrounds , gardens and a parking lot.
