Project Description

The Douaihy Building is a private commercial center dedicated to sweets, breakfast, fast food, and restaurant facilities, located along the Zalka Highway, between B to B and Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants.

The project comprises a total built-up area of approximately 1,750 m², distributed across seven floors, with the program organized as follows:

• Two Basement Floors: Dedicated to parking and service areas.

• Ground Floor: Sweets, breakfast, and fast-food facilities.

• First Floor: Restaurant.

• Second Floor: Offices and management facilities.

• Third Floor: Kitchen and service areas.

• Upper Floor: Panoramic restaurant with an outdoor terrace overlooking the sea.

The vertical organization of the building integrates commercial, dining, administrative, kitchen, parking, and service functions within a compact urban development, culminating in a panoramic restaurant and terrace that take advantage of the site's sea views.
