Project Description

The construction of the Ghobeiry School Complex was commissioned by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, which also provided the project's financing. The project was executed between 2009 and 2012, with a total construction cost of USD 5,882,615.

The complex is situated on Lot No. 6917, occupying a site extending over approximately 3,700 m². With a total built-up surface area of approximately 17,000 m², the project is organized into two main blocks, each comprising eight floors.

• Block A: Comprising eight floors, this block accommodates the main entrance, covered playground, classrooms, supervisors' rooms, and technical rooms.

• Block B: Also comprising eight floors, Block B includes the main entrance, covered playground, classrooms, supervisors' rooms, and technical rooms.

The two blocks are complemented by two outdoor playgrounds, landscaped gardens, and a parking area, providing additional recreational and service facilities for the school community.

The project's vertical organization allows a comprehensive educational program to be accommodated on a relatively compact urban site, while maintaining dedicated outdoor spaces for recreation, landscaping, and parking.
