Located on a commercially active street in the heart of Beirut, specifically within the Hamra district, the project benefits from its proximity to prominent public institutions, including the Ministry of Interior and the Tourism Office.
The building comprises a total area of approximately 4,760 m² and rises to 12 stories, combining commercial, office, and parking functions within a vertically organized development.
The program is distributed as follows:
• Ground Floor: Dedicated to commercial shops, with a mezzanine extension.
• First Floor: Designed as a flexible polyvalent open space, suitable for accommodating the premises of a bank.
• Upper Floors: Dedicated primarily to office use.
• Three Underground Levels: Provide a large parking facility serving the building.
The project responds to its central urban location through a mixed-use program that combines retail, flexible commercial space, offices, and extensive underground parking within a compact vertical building.
