The project concerns the execution of the second-stage works of the Three Star Hotel, following the architectural and engineering study prepared by Dar Al Handasah. The works extend over approximately 30,000 m² and include the completion of the hotel's infrastructure, recreational facilities, landscaping, and associated technical premises.
The scope of the second-stage works comprises:
• Hotel Infrastructure: Completion of the infrastructure initiated during the first stage, including the sewage network, telephone network, streets, pavements, and parking areas.
• Covered Swimming Pool Complex: Construction of a structure accommodating a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, covered by polycarbonate domes.
• External Swimming Pool: Development of the oval-shaped outdoor swimming pool, together with its surrounding terraces.
• Open-Air Amphitheater: Construction of a scaled open-air amphitheater overlooking a stage, surrounded by a semi-circular water canal and covered by a teak pergola.
• Gardens and Landscaping: Development of landscaped gardens incorporating green lawns, plantations, ponds, and related outdoor features.
• Tennis Courts: Construction of two tennis courts.
• Technical Premises: Provision of the technical facilities and service spaces associated with both swimming pool installations.
The second-stage development complements the hotel's initial infrastructure by introducing a comprehensive range of recreational, landscape, and hospitality-related facilities, creating an integrated outdoor environment centered around leisure, sports, and water-based amenities.
