The project consists of the execution of the second-phase works at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Bhamdoun. The development covers a total surface area of approximately 1,400 m² and was executed in less than three months.
The project includes the following elements:
• Hotel Annex: An annex connected to the main hotel through an underground passageway. The annex includes a lower-level parking area, cabins, changing rooms, showers, W.C. facilities, a kitchen, and its associated service areas.
• Swimming Pools: Two swimming pools located on the terrace.
• Restaurant and Loggias: Restaurant facilities and loggias with an external extension covered by mobile draperies.
• Diwan: A dedicated Diwan overlooking the swimming-pool area.
• Solarium: A designated outdoor solarium area.
• Proscenium and Stage: A proscenium and stage designed to accommodate open-air performances and shows.
• Poolside Terraces: Extensive terraces surrounding the swimming pools, designed to accommodate gala dinners, cocktail parties, receptions, and other events.
The second-phase works expand the hotel's recreational and hospitality facilities, creating a comprehensive poolside environment that integrates dining, entertainment, leisure, and event spaces with the existing hotel complex.
