Project Description

The project's plot overlooks the city of Beirut and has a total area of 1380 square meters.

Mr. Barakat requested a project the optimizes the interaction with the surrounding landscape. Therefore, the villa's design came in four floors with a total area of 1000 square meters/

Each floor is composed as it follows:

- Ground floor; formed with a large living place, an office, the kitchen and the dining room.

- First Basement floor; formed with a gym, a leisure space, and annexes.

- Second Basement floor; used as a parking space, along with some technical rooms.

The remaining outside area is a place where the swimming pool, the gardens, and the trees, melt into a playful landscape.
