Villa

Project Description

This villa was built within the 1990s within the highlands of Bteghrine, it enjoys a panoramic view that extends from the metn valleys to the Sannine Mountains.

The total surface area of the site is 13 squared kilometers.

The objective was to maximize the space for the garden.

The major composition axis takes into consideration the orientation towards the valley.

The reception zones are endowed with large windows either overlooking the garden or the view, and are related by footbridgees to the circular terraces set in the middle of the garden, forming a transitional path between the inside and the outside.
