The project overlooks the mountainous region of the Metn & Keserwan districts, and has a total area of 3750 squared meters.
The client Mr. Saliba wanted a traditional Lebanese house design which encompasses four floors with a total area of 800 squared meters.
The floor composition consists of the:
- Ground floor: The kitchen, living and dining room.
- First Floor: A saloon, master bedroom and two single rooms.
- Upper Basement: a leisure space, annexes and technical rooms.
- Lower Basement: the guest room and a small kitchen.
The rest of the villa consists of walkthroughs, parking and a surrounding landscape.
